ERZİNCAN YUKARI MERCAN HEPP The Yukari Mercan HEPP is located in Günbagi village about 35 km to the southwest of Erzincan. It has been constructed at an altitude of 1467 m asl. at the upstream reach of the Mercan HEPP constructed earlier and under operation. The installed capacity of the Yukari Mercan HEPP is 14190 kW producing an annual hydroelectric energy of 44.6 GWh. |
