İÇTAŞ Energy's objective is to be active in all kinds of energy business including electricity, gas, coal or others as developer, producer, transmitter, supplier or distributor in its home market, in Turkey and overseas.

IC Ibrahim Cecen Investment Holding and the U.S. based global power and alternative energy company AES signed partnership agreement on May. 25, 2007.

The primary target of AES-IC Lctas Energy is to finish construction and immediately commission the 15 new hydro-electric power plants. The total installed capacity of portfolio of projects is 360 MW. Total Investment Value is 800 million USD. IC Ictas Construction is the EPC Constractor for the portfolio of the projects.

The investment plan of AES-IC Ictas Energy includes development of wind solar, coal and natural gas power plants in order to diversify it is energy generation portfolio.

IC Ibrahim Cecen Investment Holding has the generation licence of Bagistas Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant having an installed capacity of 140 MW and energy generation of 500 GWh/year.
